DESIGN

Lavish Landscapes’ main focus is to engage with and understand our client’s needs. Our design methodology ensures we deliver beautiful, functional and sustainable landscapes that enhance your home lifestyle.

Upon engagement one of our Landscape Architect or designer will meet with you for an initial consultation to walk through the project site. They will discuss your objectives, ideas and vision with you, which will enable them to create a design brief. Following this consultation and provision of the design brief, a fee proposal will be submitted for approval.

Once the fee proposal has been accepted, we will begin the concept design. This will be a collaborative process between you and our team. A draft concept design and mood boards (look and feel, materiality and planting) will be presented for your review and any feedback received will be incorporated into the final concept design.

Once the design is finalised a quotation for construction will be provided. Upon acceptance of the design, our experienced construction team will work closely with the Landscape Designer to ensure the vision for your project is realised.
